Shipping policy

1. Order Processing / Production Time

Because our products are custom printed on demand, once you place an order, it typically takes 2–5 business days to print, pack, and prepare the order for shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (launches, holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

These are estimated shipping times after processing/production — your dispatch-to-delivery window.

We partner with reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers) depending on destination and cost.

3. Shipping Costs / Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on weight, destination, and selected speed.

We may offer flat-rate shipping in the U.S. for standard delivery on domestic orders.

Occasionally, we may run free shipping promotions (e.g. free U.S. standard on orders over $75).

4. Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can track your package via the carrier’s website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs, duties, or import taxes may be due upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

To minimize import hassle, we declare items as “Printed Apparel” with a typical value, though you should be aware that local rules vary.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of shipment date with your order number and photos if applicable.

We will file a claim with the carrier and either issue a replacement order or a refund (or reprint) depending on resolution.

7. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.

If you realize you made a typo or need to change your address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to adjust it.

Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address or intercept the package.
