Refund policy

Because our products are custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like “wrong size,” “changed mind,” or “fit doesn’t match.”
We only accept returns or issue refunds if the product is defective, damaged in shipping, or print quality fails — and only if you notify us within the timeframe described below. 

Eligibility: Damage or Defect Only

You may request a repair, reprint, or refund if your item has any of the following issues:

1. Damaged during shipping (tears, holes, stains, etc.)

2. Manufacturing defect (misprint, ink failure, registration off, peeling)

3. Wrong product entirely (you received a different design than ordered)

We generally do not accept returns for:

* Incorrect size or fit

* Change of mind or preference

* Minor deviations in colors due to screen/video differences

* Normal wear and tear

Timeframe & Notification

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to file a claim for defective or damaged items.

Submit your request via email at godgivenbaseballco@gmail.com with:

1. Order number

2. Photos of the defect/damage (close-ups + full item)

3. Description of the issue

After we review your claim, we’ll decide whether to issue a reprint or refund.

Reprint vs Refund

If approved, we often reprint the item at no cost to you and ship it to you, or we may issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days (or according to payment processor timelines) to show up in your account.

Return Shipping (If Required)

In rare cases, we may ask you to return the defective item to us for inspection before granting a refund or reprint.

If so, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (domestic U.S.) — but we may deduct reasonable shipping costs from the refund unless we determine the fault was ours.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

* Gift cards

* Final sale or clearance items

* Apparel that has been washed, altered, or worn

3. Include photos + description

4. Our team will respond within 3 business days with next steps

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take an extra 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
